This application was developed for healthcare staff, such as that of Health Promoting Hospitals to facilitate access to the health data recorded by patient or people under their care, such as blood pressure, sugar, BMI, etc. Moreover, the primary care unit staff can manage patient who be treated and refilled drugs. However, THIS IS NOT A CONTACT TRACKING APP.

COLLECTION OF INFORMATION 

Information users provide directly to this application. For certain activities, such as when users register, we may collect some or all the following types of information: 

The application may collect the following kinds of information: 

• Personal data
  1. First, the citizen ID is especially important for this application to identify the users in registration and login sections. Also, the citizen ID will be used to correctly match with database of medical personnel provided by Information and Communication Technology Center, the Ministry of Public Health.
  2. Full name, phone number, email, license number, and prefix were collected to identify the personal information of users.
  3. Affiliated hospital (including name, hospital ID, hospital address) and position (doctor or nurse) were collected to specify where the users work for.
• For verification before accessing all of function, the ID behind users’ citizen ID card was input only to verify your identity with the Ministry of Interior database. We did not collect these data, and they were disposed at the end of the process.
